As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as: Senior Accountant (M/W/D)!

What You’ll Do

Client Portfolio I Act as key contact for a portfolio of Commercial Companies and investment clients, including PE/RE/Debt.
Fund Accounting I Take responsibility (under management supervision) for the accounting of funds and SPVs.
Transactions I Book complex transactions including capital calls, distributions, management fees and accruals.
Financial Statements I Prepare annual accounts and coordinate with auditors.
Compliance I Support VAT and corporate tax processes.
Development I Contribute to process improvements and further development of the Luxembourg practice.

What you bring

Education I Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a comparable qualification.
Experience I At least 4 years of relevant experience in commercial companies’ accounting and/or PE/RE/Debt structures and accounting of SPVs in Luxembourg.
Technical Knowledge I Solid knowledge of Lux GAAP; IFRS would be an advantage.
Structure Expertise I Experience with PE/RE/Debt structures (SCS/SCSp, SOPARFI, SPVs) is considered a strong asset.
Mindset I High attention to detail combined with a solution-oriented and analytical approach.
Teamwork I Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Communication I Clear and professional communication style with a client-focused attitude.
Languages I Fluent in English and with good command of German; French would be an advantage.
IT Skills I Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and openness to new accounting software.

Das wirst Du tun

Mandantenportfolio | Du fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für ein Portfolio von Handelsgesellschaften und Investmentmandaten, einschließlich Private Equity-, Real Estate- und Debt-Strukturen.
Fund Accounting | Du übernimmst (unter fachlicher Anleitung/Management-Supervision) die Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung von Fonds und SPVs.
Transaktionen | Du verbuchst komplexe Geschäftsvorfälle, einschließlich Capital Calls, Ausschüttungen, Management Fees und Abgrenzungen.
Jahresabschlüsse | Du erstellst Jahresabschlüsse und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern.
Compliance | Du unterstützest bei Umsatzsteuer- und Körperschaftsteuerprozessen.
Weiterentwicklung | Du wirkst an Prozessoptimierungen sowie am weiteren Ausbau des Luxemburger Standorts mit.

Das bringst Du mit

Ausbildung | Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Berufserfahrung | Mindestens 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung von Handelsgesellschaften und/oder PE-/RE-/Debt-Strukturen sowie in der Rechnungslegung von SPVs in Luxemburg.
Fachkenntnisse | Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lux GAAP; IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Struktur-Expertise | Erfahrung mit PE-/RE-/Debt-Strukturen (SCS/SCSp, SOPARFI, SPVs) wird als großer Pluspunkt angesehen.
Arbeitsweise | Hohe Detailgenauigkeit kombiniert mit einer lösungsorientierten und analytischen Denkweise.
Teamfähigkeit | Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig effektiv im Team zu agieren.
Kommunikation | Klare und professionelle Kommunikationsweise mit ausgeprägter Mandantenorientierung.
Sprachen | Fließende Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch ist von Vorteil.
IT-Kenntnisse | Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) sowie Offenheit gegenüber neuer Buchhaltungssoftware.
